The Kangaroo Island Field Day committee would like to welcome all our patrons, sponsors and exhibitors.

This year we are celebrating the 175th Anniversary of the landing at Reeves point making Kingscote the first settlement in South Australia.

Thus our field day theme is “175 years of Sustainable Farming on Kangaroo Island”. With this theme our aim is to explore how the KI community has coped and adapted to the challenges encountered from settlement to the current issues of today. These include Climate change, water availability, transport costs and the competing interests of a more diversified Agriculture sector. We will be encouraging all our exhibitors to present how their business has changed over time.
